Alarms Unlimited, Inc. has been our alarm system provider since May, 1988 without service interruption. During that time we have had the system upgraded and adapted to a complete replacement of all doors and windows. Our company has been a customer of Alarms Unlimited since 2004. I called them and a couple of other companies to get quotes on updating an old security alarm for our business. Alarms Unlimited told me that they would send a representative the following day. The next morning, we discussed our concerns for safety and security with their representative who provided several options we could choose from that would address our issues and stay within our budget! The installation was completed within 2 business days. The monitoring cost is very affordable. The employees of Alarms Unlimited are courteous, respectful, and really convey that they care about our safety. We had an alarm issue at night awhile back that ended up to be a problem in the sensors in the doors. Alarms Unlimited sent a technician early the next morning and corrected the problem immediately having the parts needed in his vehicle. I would highly recommend Alarms Unlimited to my friends and my business contacts.

We have had Alarms Unlimited protecting our home for 30 years or more.  During that time our alarm system has functioned properly with only two repairs and these were due to either remodeling or exterminators. The personnel have always been courteous, efficient and the price reasonable. From the initial installation of the system to the present, I thought Alarms Unlimited has done a great job at a fair price. The installation was carefully done and there have been very few problems over the last 20 years. When we did need service or upgrades such as a radio transmitter, the work was also   efficient and expertly done. Communication with the home office about vacations is also very pleasant, and when we had an intrusion, the police were called immediately and the person was scared off by the internal alarm. This confidence is inspired by the fact that when we inadvertently open a door or window when the system is armed, we know to expect a call from central monitoring within a minute, no matter how late or early the alarm sounds. The caller follows procedure — we are always asked for our name and code word. In addition, Alarms Unlimited is proactive — reaching out every year or so to ensure that records on file in the office match our actual alarm areas — that zone 6 is our master bedroom, for example — so if a call to the police was needed, they’d be able to provide accurate information. In short, we recommend Alarms Unlimited highly and with no reservations.
