We collect information that is explicitly provided to us by you through our Contact page, mobile application, or Customer Payment Portal.  This information typically includes your name and the email address/phone number that you provide to us.  If you are using our Customer Payment Portal, this may also include payment information.

The information you provide to us is not used for any other purpose other than to fulfill the request you made when providing the information.

We collect information through our website and mobile device app using form fields that are manually filled in by you. We do not use any automated information gathering.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is not shared with anyone outside of our company unless the nature of your request explicitly requires us to do so.   For example, if you provide your credit card information for the purpose of paying your invoice, we will send that information to our merchant services vendor for credit card processing.

While your data is in our possession, great efforts are made to protect it from outside access by unauthorized individuals by implementing industry best practices for cybersecurity and PCI compliant software and processes.

YOUR RIGHTS TO THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

The information you provide is generally retained by us only long enough to fulfill the request for which it was provided.  You may request that your information be removed from our systems sooner by calling our accounting department using our main office phone number or through the Contact page on our website.
